User Agreement
This agreement is between you and Om Ramanathan, the operator of Real Temp. It applies to the website and the iOS and Android apps. By selecting the agreement checkbox and continuing, you accept this version of the agreement.
Using Real Temp
You may use Real Temp for personal, lawful purposes subject to this agreement. You must be at least 13 and able to enter this agreement under the law that applies to you. If you are a minor, a parent or guardian must authorize your use where required. If you do not agree, do not continue into the app. You can still read these documents and contact us.
Forecasts and safety
Weather, pollen, air quality, radar, clothing suggestions, and outdoor guidance are estimates that may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unavailable. Alerts and reminders may fail to arrive. Real Temp is not an emergency warning system and does not provide medical advice. Follow official weather alerts, local authorities, and qualified professionals, and use your judgment when making health or safety decisions.
Accounts and permissions
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for activity you authorize on your account. Provide accurate information and do not use someone else's account without permission. Location access and notifications are optional; some related features will not work without them. Read the Privacy Policy and Cookie & Storage Notice to understand how the service handles information.
Acceptable use and ownership
Do not interfere with the service, bypass its security or usage limits, access another user's data without authorization, or use it for unlawful activity. Real Temp and its providers retain their rights in the software, branding, maps, and supplied content. Your permission to use the service does not transfer ownership of those materials. Rights and exceptions provided by applicable law are preserved.
Third-party services and affiliate links
Sign-in, maps, weather sources, app stores, and external websites may have their own terms. Real Temp does not control external websites or guarantee products sold there. Amazon links may earn us a commission from qualifying purchases. Product suggestions are optional and do not guarantee price, availability, suitability, or results.
Availability and responsibility
We may change features or suspend access when needed for maintenance, security, misuse, or legal obligations. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted service or forecast accuracy, and we are not responsible for losses caused by reliance on inaccurate or unavailable information. Nothing in this agreement excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Ending use and updates
You may stop using Real Temp at any time. Disable notifications in Settings or your device settings, and use Delete account in Settings if you want to remove your account. Clearing local storage also removes your local agreement record and will require you to agree again if you return. Updated agreement versions require a fresh affirmative acceptance before continued app use. Contact the operator about this agreement or a dispute; your applicable legal rights remain available.
